Credit/Debit Card Security

Credit card security is important to everyone, especially when conducting transactions over the Internet.

That's why, when dealing with PetsLife, all credit/debit card transactions are handled by PayPal on our behalf. PayPal are one of the worlds largest companies dealing with online secure transactions, and have been owned by eBay since 2002. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily electronically guarded. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

If you prefer, we offer you the option of printing off and posting the Order Form to us along with a cheque for the order value. Please note that your cheque may take up to 5 working days to clear before despatch of your order can take place.

All products supplied by PetsLife are designed to a very high standard. If you are dissatisfied in any way with an item purchased, please email us with the details of the problem within 7 days of receiving them, together with your name and address, and await our response. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. PetsLife does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions at any time. We do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible. PetsLife does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site, any interruption in the conduct of any action or any failure to complete a transaction, infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
